PIERZPicrz Journal (5):—A pretty double wedding was solemnized in St. John's Ncpoimik church of Lastrup on Tuesday morning, at 9:30 o'clock, when Christino Thielen, daughter of Mr. ami I Mrs. Thco. Thielen became the brido1 of Bernard Kummet of Pierz, and Susan Thielen, also daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thielen, became the bride of Frank Virnig of Lastrup. Rev. Father Klein officiated at the ceremonies.Miss Christine Thielen was attired in a dark blue Kona dress trimmed with embroidered fallia and wore a dark blue French Saliaa hat trimmed with gold and carried a bouquet of white roses.Miss Susan Thielen wore a midnight bluo setin finished* canton, trimmed with chantilly laco and dark blue French saliaa hat trimmed with silver and carried a bouquet of white roses.Miss Mario Virnig and Miss Helen Thielen acted as bridesmaids. Miss Virnig wore a dark blue canton trimmed with embroidered lace and a black velvet hat trimmed with silver and carried a bouquet of chrysanthemums. Miss Thielen wore a black velvet dress trimmed with georgotte ruffles and tan canton hat trimmed with tan velvet and carried a bouquet rt chrystanthemums. Philip Thielen and George Lorenz served as best men.Viola Gross and Lucile Virnig wero flower girls and worp yellow organdie' dresses and carried a little basket of, yellow chrysantheuTiiums.
