Couple A t Home In WheelingMiss Janet Sue Hussey of Evanston became the bride of Walter A. Makaryk of Arlington Heights in a double ring ceremony at the United Methodist church in Walnut, 111.The Rev. Ernest Cummings officiated at the nuptials which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard S. Hussey of Walnut and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Makaryk of Markham.Organist for the ceremony was Mrs. Judy Bolz and the vocalist, John Bolz. Mr. Bolz sang “One Hand, One Heart” after mothers of the bridal couple were seated and “The Lord’s Prayer” as the couple knelt before the altar.GIVEN IN marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length gown of white voile fashioned with an empire waistline, full billowy sleeves and a softly gathered skirt. The gown was highlighted with venise lace and satin ribbon.A petal shaped headpiece trimmed with pearls and sequins held her elbow length veil of silk illusiorrand she carried abouquet of white and pink roses, and stephanotis interspersed with ivy.Bridal attendants included Mrs. Nancy Marsh, matron of honor, the bridegroom’s sister, Charmane, and Miss Mary An-drezejewski as bridesmaids. All were identically attired in long gowns of bright pink voile designed with high necklines and long sleeves trimmed in white lace. The waistline was accented with a matching satin ribbon which was tied in a bow at the back.They carried colonial bouquets of pink and white carnations and baby’s breath and wore a band of matching flowers as a headpiece.DAN MAKARYK served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were John Dwyer and Richard Lind. Guests were seated by Tracy Marsh and David Mahlebashian.The bride’s aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Louis I .arson of Rochester, Minn., served as host and hostess for the reception which followed in the church hall.Following a trip to Florida and the Caribbean, the young couple are now at home in Wheeling, 111.
