McBride—Bohn VowsExchanged At WalderseeWaldersee Lutheran Church was the scene of a pretty wedd- j ing at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 11th when Jean Evelyn, young est daughter of Gottlieb Bohn and the late Mrs. Bohn of Waldersee was united in marriage with James David, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest McBride, of Gladstone. Rev. William Flath performed the ceremony and Afrs. Roebrt Single played thlt;J organ.The bride was lovely in a floorIlength dress of white nylon tulle and lace over taffeta. The bodice featured a scalloped neckline trimmed with pearls and irrid-escent sequins and lily point sleeves. The full skirt was enhanced by a large bow at theback and was trimmed with lace. Her scalloped shoulder length veil of white nylon tulle was held by a~pointed crown of hanging pearls and crystals. Herjewellery was a crystal necklace and her bouqhet was of American Beauty roses.Mrs. Lyle Cooper, a close friend of the bride was matron of honor, with Lorraine Bohn, cousin of the bridf and Dianne „ _____a close frxehd, bridesmaids. They wore IdeSfical dresses of white lace and blue wedding-band hatswith matching veils. Their jew ellery was blue necklace andearring sets, giftiT of the bride. They carried bouquets of white mums with blue centres.The groom’s attendants were Robert McBride, brother of the groom. James Younger, a friend of the groom and Frank Bohn, j brother of the bride. The guests were ushered by Kenneth Bohn,! brother of the bride and EdwardFlatt, brother-in-law of the bride A reception was held in Moonbeam Hall. Plumas, with approxi-1 mar.eljr 140 guests attending. Thetoast to the bride was proposed by George Bohn.For travelling, the bride wore an aqua wool dress with matching three-quarter length coat, white hat and white satin purse and shoes. Her corsage was of*pale pink mums.The mother of the groom chose a dress of blue antique satin, with matching three - quarter length coat with lining and trim of pink. A small blue pointe des’ prie hat complemented the outfit.
