DIM, an Autfusn Man-Woman But Recently Divorced.Mrs. Luln Tando, the ex-wife of Henry Tando, the woman who secured a divorce in the September term of court on account of such testimony that the court recommenced investigation by the grand jury, is ready to again approach the matrimonial altar. The man of her choice is J. J. Dimick of Audubon, aged eighty years. The couple telephoned the office of the clerk of the court Saturday afternoon from Audubon to the effect that they would be here that evening to secure the license and asked the office to be on the lookout for them. They eatne on schedule time, but the clerk’s office cad in the meantime received word from the clerk of the courts at Audubon to the effect that an investigation of the sanity of the prospective groom was pending and tbat he had refused the license. Accordingly Clerk Clovi3 refused to issue the license here.The couple drove to Exila Saturday night without the coveted license. Mr. Dimick is quite well bo do and one of the best known men of Audubon county. Mrs. Tando has been employed by him us housekeeper for some time.
