Ruggles, Fort Leavenworth, son of Mr, and Mrs. William Ruggles of Weston Pittston, Pa., at an afternoon ceremony performed by Rev, Howard Poetter October6 at the Salem CongregationalChurch. Mrs. C. Stuart Exon, organist, played a program of nuptial music preceding the ceremony md the traditional wedding n arches.The bride Was given in mar-by Lt. Col. Frederick B.Judson. She wore a gown of white ace over satin fashioned with scalloped neckline, long sleevesand full, ballerina skirt. A juliet cap, of lace over satin held her three quarter length veil and she carried a bouquet of white carna-backedbonMiss Martha Rose Sparling of Leavenworth, who attended the bride as maid of honor, wore a strapless gown of pink satin with overdress of cocoa brown lace, fashioned with a deep v-neek line, three quarter length sleeves and full skirt in ballerina length. She wore a juliet cap of lace and satin and carried a bouquet of pink roses.Pfc. Allan G.
