lie «Iu»t HhiI to Murry H«r.PARKERSBURG, VV. Va., Oct. 8.-~ Floyd Pfert brought suit fu the circuit court Monday for the dissolution of his mar' riage with Mary Vail. He married her Saturday, under duress, as he cluims. The young woman’s mother, he says, invited him to her house Saturday to attend to some business for her. There he was confronted by Mrs. Vail, Mary, two of her brothers and a minister. Pfert went through the marriage ceremony, but left the house Immediately afterward, and has not seen his wife since. He denies the grounds on which he was forced to marry. In a few days he was to marry another lady. wk.
