Vernon street, the oeca-*sion being the marriage of his daughter Hattie to Win. W. Alspaeh. The wedding took place at 8 o'clock, the attendants being Mr. E. F. Alspaeh and Miss Carrie Johnston, Mr. JohnGilinore and MissJennfe Boyles, and the ceremony being performed by Rev. W. I). Cherington of the M. E. church. A large company of friends were present to witness the marriage, and to offer their hearty congratulations and good wishes to the bride and groom on their joyful wedding day. A most bountiful supper was served and a delightful evening was spent. Mr. and Mrs. Alspaeh are held in high esteem by all who know them, and their many friends who read this notice will join us in wishing for them a long, happy and successful life.
