/VUss Dunn and Mr. MakarykGrace Lutheran Church, Deerfield, was the setting for the wedding of Miss Barbara Ann Dunn, daughter of Lawrence Dunn, Hancock, and the late Mrs. Dunn, and Edward Makaryk Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Makaryk, Almond.The Rev. Emil Holtzen, Lutheran minister of Wautoma, and the Rev. Irvin Bowers, of Plainfield Assembly of God Church, officiated at the Oct. 2 rites.The bride selected a floor-length gown with attached train of white organza over taffeta. The bodice was softly gathered at the waistline to a A-line skirt, butterfly sleeves were long and the neckline sabrina style. The entire gown was covered with sequin flowers. A double crown of Aurora Borealis held her double nylon net shoulder length veil as she carried a traditional bouquet of white poms and ivy centered with a purple orchid.Matron of honor was Mrs. Wilbur Jones, Madison. BridalMrs. Edward Makaryk Jr.aides were Miss Debra Tibbie. Harvey, III., and Mrs David Renner. Williams Bay. Michelle Tibbe of Harvey, was flower girl.The aids wore orchid floor-length gowns and flower circle headpieces of baby’s breath and poms. Each carried a single long stem yellow rose with green velvet leaves.Myron Tibbie Jr., Harvey, was bestman. Groomsmen were Norman Kemnitz, Westfield, and Michael Urban. Ushers were Kennetn Kemnitz, Berlin, and Edward Leavitt, Plainfield.A dinner and reception for 200 guests was held at the Hancock Community Hall.The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Minneapolis.The bridegroom attended the North Central Bible College at Minneapolis for two years and is presently employed at the James Burns Farms at Almond.The bride is employed as a Medicare billing clerk at Wautoma Memorial Hospital.The newlyweds will reside at the home of the bride’s father at Hancock.
