A wedding took place m the (Jounty Clerk’s office yesterday afternoon at 4 o clock. GeorgeE. Petton and Miss N. B. Lran-tliam, of the Clear Lake comniu*mtv. were the contracting patties. Judge Terrell officiated.The bride is the young lady whohad an exciting experience iu the overflow which was caused by the heavy rains in August. She win on horse back taking her mother and infant sister, to high land when the babe was dropped intothe water and drowned.
