FOREHAND| On Thursday evening at 8:30 j o’clock September 30, occurred the marriage of Miss Helen Louise Riggs, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Morton Riggs of Farmer City, 111., to Leo D. Forehand, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Forehand ' of Vandalia. Rev. B. VanLeer performed the ceremony in his home.Their attendants were the bride’s sister, Mrs. Dorothy Elam and Mr. Robert Elam. The bride wore a blue faille street length dress with vail head trim, with black accessories. Her flowers were red roses.The maid of honor wore a gray suit with, black accesories and a corsage of red roses.JFThe bride is employed at the dress factory in Centralia and the groom is engaged in farming. They will reside in Patoka.
