Cooney of 168 River street, became the bride of Alfred R. Mock, Jr., son of Mr. 2nd Mrs. Alfred R. Mock of 629 Linden avenue, Buffalo.The Rev. Michael E. Colligan, pastor, performed the single ring ceremony at a nuptial high mass at 9 o'clock.Mrs, Francis Blake of Olean, cousin of the bride, accompanied by Miss Mary Kennedy, church organist, sang the mass and the “Ave Maria.”The bride, given in marriage byher father, was lovely in a whitesatin damask gown fashioned witha sweetheart neckline, a peplum oflace at waist and a long train. Herfinger-tip veil was held in placewith a coronet of orange blossoms.The veil was dotted with clustersoi lilies of the vallev and white•ribbon bows. She carried a colonial bouquet of gardenias and stephan-otis. She wore a rhinestone bracelet, a gift from the groom.Sister i* AttendantMrs. Norman Zink, youngest aister of the bride, was matron ox honor. She was attired in taffeta gown which was of a delicate shade of pink. The gown was made with 1'scalloped neckline, puffed and a bouffant skirt. She wore a shoulder length veil which (ell from • tiara of pink roses.ITS REMIT SERIOUS! The world-Her cfflonial bouquet was of pinkrosebuds and daisies. She wore a strand of pearls, a gift from the bride.Little Sue O'Brien of 132 River street, acted as flower girl. She was gowned in aqua net, and carried a basket of garden flowers. Master Donny Cooney, nephew' of the bride was the ringbearer. He wore an Eton suit and carried a blue and white satin pillow with matching streamers.Paul Mock of Kenmore, brother of the groom was best man. Ushers were Lawrence Howard and Jack Connolly of Buffalo.Mrs. Cooney, mother of the bride, wore a gray wool crepe or ess and a corsage of yellow and rust colored orchids. The groom’s mother, Mrs. Mock, chose a black silk suit with a corsage of pink rosebuds and delphiniums.Breakfast in OleanFifty guests were at the wedding breakfast given by the bride's parents in the ATcove Castle in Olean. The bride’s table was centered with a three-tiered wedding cake, topped with a miniature dove holding two rings. Vases of garden Rowers were used as tabledecorations.A reception for seventy-five guests was held in the afternoon at the home of the bride's parents. The house was decorated with bouquets of gladioli. Each guestwas given a piece of the weddingcake which was boxed and tied with a u-hite tribbon.After a ten-day wedding trip to the Adirondack mountains, the couple will make their home at 62914 Linden avenue, Buffalo. For traveling the bride chose a teal blue gabardine suit with winter white accessories. She wore a corsage of orchids.The bride was graduated from St. Patrick’s school, and Salamanca high school, class of ’40. She has been employed as a stenographer in the offices of Brost Inc.,Buffalo.Groom W»* W*r Priisnet-The groom was graduated fromBennett high, and Canisius college. He is a former lieutenant in the army air corps, and was a prisoner of the Germans for nine months. He now is employed as an accountant in the Streich Interior Decorators.
