The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Poestenkill was the scene Sunday afternoon of the marriage of Miss Helen Lucille Jones, daughter of dirk. Eleanor B. Jones, Poestenkill, and the late Curtis Lee Jones, to Johns Lawrence Middleton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emmer Middleton | West Sand Lake. Rev. James| Harrison performed the 2 p.m. service in a church decorated with white mums and palms. ‘Traditional wedding music| was provided by Miss Rita Leg enbauer, soloist, and Bruce | Fisher, organist. John Bubie gave his grand daughter in marriage. She was attended by her sister, Mrs. John Zayhowski as matron of honor and the Misses Darlene Middleton and Barbara Hollman as bridesmaids. William Mid dleton was his brother's best man. The guests were sealed, by John Zayhowski and Kenneth, Tremontor. For her wedding, the former Miss Jones chose a gown of can dlelight peau de soie designed along princess lines with sweet heart neckline, long sleeves, lace, and pearl applique and full skirt extending to a cathedral sweep,. A late appliqued crown held in place her fingertip veil and she carried a cross of white stephan otis with an orchid center. Mrs. Zaykowski was gowned in romanes blue nylon chiffon and carried a basket of orchid pompons. Miss Middleton wore Nile green chiffon and carried yellow pompons, while Miss toffman, gowned in orchid, car ried bronze ponpans. To receive the guests at the receplion held in the church parlor, Mrs. Jones wore romance blue with a yellow rose corsage. Mrs. Middleton chose a dusty rose dress, with a corsage of mixed flowers. For the trip to Baltimore, Md, the bride traveled in a navy sul with red accessories, and an orchid corsage. ‘They will make their home at Wrest Sand Lake upon their return. Both Mr. and Mrs. Middleton are graduates of Averill Park High School. Mrs. Middleton is employed at the Samaritan Hos pital and her husband is an em minye of Miller's Super Market, West Sand Lake.
