Miss Frances Martelle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Marteles, 2132 White street, and Willard Par kin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parkin of 2236 Grace street, were quietly married Saturday afternoon. The service was performed at 5 o'clock by the Rev. Harry Lothian, of the First Presbyterian church, at Galena, Ill. They were attended by Miss Naomi Martelle, sister of the bride, and Francis Frye. Mr. and Mrs. Parkin will make their home in Dubuque. The groom is employed by the Carr, Ryder and Adams company and the bride has been an employe of the E. B. Piek enbroth firm.
