Evans1 Editn Cleo Hunter, daughter ofJohn and Lizzie Hunter, died at her home, in Fillmore, Sept. 13; she had been a sufferer for some 3 years with that dread disease, consumption; she bore her sickness with patience and was ready and willing to go; funeral services were conducted by Rev. Torr at the M. E. church on Sunday..... J. W. Bowman is building a new barn Omer Nichols lost a tine horseweek; it fell in the well On Wednesday, Sept. 18 some 100 guests gathered at the home of John Zeinor to witness the marriage of their daughter, Miss Rosa, to Jesse Evans, Rev. Torr pastor of the M. E. church officiating. The bride wore a handsome frock of white cloth, beautifully trimmed and carried white roses. xVfter the ceremony congratulations and good wishes were tendered to the happy couple, and ‘light refresh-meiits were served.
