Denise and James FiaecoParker - FiaccoTwo Bloom high school graduates, Denise Michelle Parker and James John Fiacco, exchanged wedding vows August 14 in an afternoon ceremony at St. Ann’s Catholic church, Chicago Heights. The bride's grandmother is Pauline Parker of Steger and the bridegroom’s parents are John and Margie Fiacco of South Chicago Heights.The Rev. Russan Cole officiated at the ceremony. Dr. James Wahl of Park Forest sang and Susan Sass of Chicago Heights played the organThe bride wore a white gown with a high neck and lace appliqued bodice. Her flowers were blue carnations, white daisies and baby's breath.MATRON OF HONOR was Carol Bergstrom of Chicago Heights. Mary San-fratello, Cookye Whalen and flowergirl Christy Bergstrom, all of Chicago Heights, also attended the bride.Charles Gurney of Steger was best man. Vince Caffarini of Park Forest, Dr. Christopher Chengelis of Chicago, ring-bearer Tom Parker of Steger and ushers Randy Byrnes and Kyle Parker of Steger also attended the bridegroomThe new Mrs. Fiacco was graduated from Bloom in 1980 Fiacco is a 1978 Bloom and 1982 Purdue university graduate with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology He is a senior technical associate for Bell Laboratories.
