The bride chose a lavender plaid dress and was presented with a white corsage.Those attending included Mrs. Robert R. Howard, mother of the bride, Mrs. Thornton Billberry, mother of the groom, Mrs. Nell Otwell, grandmother of the groom, Mrs. Rodney Howard, Mrs. Brenda Kay Nolan, Mrs. Linda Anne Lyles, Mrs. Allene Barmore, Mrs. Sue Hayes, and Miss Renee Howard.
