BAKKR-MELLADY. iGladys Irene Maker. daughter of, Mr. and Mrs. William Filmore Uak-| cr of this county and Thomas Owen; MelJady, son of Mrs. Ellen Mcllndy also of this counly, were united in marriage last Wednesday afternoon at the county clerk's oil ice, Justice] E. G. Smith officiating.The young people were accompanied by the bride's parents, whose consent it was necessary to have before the license could be obtained owing to the girl’s age. The bride is sixteen years old and the bridegroom is Ibirly-lhree..Miss Norma Odium lias returned home from Chicago after a several weeks’ visit with relatives.
