Dave Seiter officiated.The bride is the daughter of the late Frank and Adelia Smith. The groom’s parents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Wheelan. The bride was given in marriage by Lister S. Leonard.Matron of honor was Mrs. Clyde Parker. Maid of honor was Donna McNeil. Bridesmaidswere Paulette Pourciau and Joann Dillon, both of Baton Rouge, La., Annette Harris and Kim Jordan.
