FIFTY YEARS MARRIED.uMr. and Hr*. Jonathan Horton Reminded of the Occasion Yesterday,The fiftieth anniversary of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs, Jonhtban Horton, 74 West Sixth street, occurredyesterday, but on account of the sickness of Mrs. Horton no celebration was had, the day being quietly observed. However,many of the friends of the family knew of the occasion and called at the house and paid their respects.Jonathan Horton and Miss Eliza Blodgett were married at South West Oswego by the Rev. Mr. Powers, November 29th, 1853, and lived Iin Oswego Town until nineteen years | ago, when they moved to this city and took up their residence in West Sixth ] street. Mr. Horton is a prominent i contracting mason and is well known j and highly respected in this city. ( Both Mr. and Mrs. Horton are wellI •known throughout the county. They j j have two children, Mrs. William .Lockwood, Pipestone,Mich.,and Mrs. Carrie Butcher, of this city. ,
