Palms, ferns and autumn flowers decorated the church for the service read at 8:30 o’clock by the Rev. Wilmer P. Johnston.*Dr. Francis Hemington was at the organ and the church choir sang a group of selections preceding the ceremony.- The bride was. gowned in white lace over white satin and carried a shower bouquet of pink roses and lilies of the valley. She was given in marriage by her brother, Earl Smith.Miss Ruth Schmuckel of Oak Park attended as maid of honor wearing a pink satin gown. Her bouquet was of pink roses.The bride’s two sisters, the Misses Marion and Grace Snell were her bridesmaids. They wore gowns fashioned alike of sky blue net with matching accessories. Yellow roses formed their bouquets.Thomas Sne((, brother of the groom, was best man and Fred Hill ushered.A reception in the Church House followedthe ceremony.jAfter a motor trip to Minneapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Snell will be at home at 1008Vi North Boulevard.
