N. R.» of Iowa City.Mise Larsen is the daughter of Mr, and Mrs, H. R Larsen,of this city, and the bridegroom, the son of Mr.. and Mrs. \V* H. Wehrmacher of Waverly.The ceremony was performed by Elder Glen Johnson of Tulsa, Okla., before an altar decorated with palms and large baskets of yellow and white chrysanthemums, red roses and button cbrysanthercmms.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown fashioned on princess lines with a white satin bodice covered with seed pearl designs and sleeves of bracelet length* At the sweetheart neckline, she wore a triple strand of pearls. TSe skirt of white chiffon ended In a short train and her veil was three quarter length.Her bouquet was of red roses and white button chrysanthemums.As maid of honor, Miss Nona Dixon, of Dcs Moines, wore a frock of pink lace and net and Mrs, George K. Wright of Omaha as a bridesmaid wore pale green marquisette, Both curried bouquets of yellow xoses and button chrysanthemums and wore gardenias in their hair,Emmett Hansen U. S. N. R. was akkctl to be best man and ushering were Clarence Larsen and Robert Soclcrbcrg all of this city.Mrs, Larsen and Mrs. Wehr-mRCher each wore street length dresses or black and corsages of red roses and white carnations.Mrs. F, W. Radtke played a prelude of nuptial music and accompanied Fretl Hays when he sang* “Because. “I Love You Truly ar.d 'Icti Liebe Dich.,TImmediately following theCeremony, a reception was held in the church parlors with Misses Jean Larsen, Doris Dempsey and Wan da Hoss serving, Mrs. Charles 0, Cary cut the cake.Out-of-town guests attending the wedding, were the bridegroom's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Wehrmarher of W a v e r 1 v: Messrs. and Mesdames Charles Hunt and Frank Wiley, of Glen-wood. Elmer Johnson nnd daughter.
