ABEL-McCLOUOEsparto Wedding That Wasised on Sunday(Communicated.)On Sunday, November 25th, at 12o’clock, a pretty wedding occurred atthe residence of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. McCloud, when their daughter, Edna Pearl, became the bride of Melvin Daniel Abel.Rev. C. E. Dougnerty of the Madison Christian church performed the ceremony which made them husband and wife. The young couple stood beneatl a canopy made of smilax and white crepe paper. The bride wore a dress of white soizette, trimmed in liberty satin, lace and white velvet.After the ceremony the young couple received many hearty congratulations from a host of relatives and friends.The guests were then invited to dine at a table where a sumptuous repast lay before them.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. McCloud of Esparto, and is a highly accomplished young lady.The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and the late Mrs. J. F. Abel ofWilliams, where he was born and raised. and is an enterprising young man.Mr. and Mrs. Abel received many valuable presents, consisting of r -glass, china, silverware and other useful articles.Mr. and Mra. Abel left on the afternoon train for Oakland, after which they will go to Healdsburg, and then ieturn to their home near Esparto.Among those present were: Mr. andMrs. A. L. McCloud. Rev. C. E.
