On Thursday night, Mrs. Atkinson Sr. was hostess at a bridge parly in the Atkinson home.The Executive board meeting of the Petersburg District Woman’s Society of Christian Service was held here in Asbnry Methodist Church, on Saturday. Nov. 19. Mrs. R. W. Bridgman, Mrs. Ash-by Fraser, Mrs. Maurice Elder, and Mrs. W. Wyche Robinson, with Mrs. L. W. Spain of Church Road, were hostesses at a luncheon for the group at WiJmmf.s Restaurant.Miss Mamie Allen of Hebron was the guest of her sister.
