Death resulted from hoart trou-hie.Mr. Pox was seated at the breakfast table Sunday moraine when hi* was stricken with an attack of heart failure. He attempted walk out or the room but his strength failed him and ho fell against the door. Death followed before a physician arrived. The deceased had suffered from heart trouble for several years but apparently had boon Jn belter health than u-u?-al during the last few months.Mr. Pox had been a-resident of Shelby county during practically all of his life. He was an Industrious farmer and was the owner of ICO acres oi Vand. During the civil war he served as a member of Company E, U2n1 Indiana Infantry.The deceased is survived by three sons. George, Harry and Scott Fow and by two daughters, Mrs. ShermanHavens and Mrs. Mack Raster, all%residents of this county. Mr*. Fox died fifteen years ago.Funeral services will be held at the ' home at two o’clock Tuesday afternoon, Rev. A. C. Bums, -pastor of Hie Christian church at Owynneviite, ofli: elating.
