I ciLjr •Seven Indian marriages occurred at Mission hall Tuesday evening. Among those who decided to comply with the white man’s way of tieing up a nuptial knot were Mr. and Mrs. Dan Welsh and Randall Booth and a little Indian maid from Tucson, whose name we were unable to ; learn. The names of the five ollnu-happy couples are unknown to The Post. An elaborate banquet was spread for the wedded couples and a few invited guests. Among those from town who attended were Mi*, and Mrs. B. B. Brown. Rev. Edgor of Needles officiated, with the assistance of Randall Booth as interpreter for those who did not understand English. Mrs. Booth was i arrayed in a white satin bridal dross, j with a veil, and carried orange blos-i -amis. Mrs. Welsh was handsomely gowned, and Dan went through tin* ceremony without a hitch. Miss Seward, the field matron, baked an enormous wedding cake for the oe-| easion, and a piece of the creation of sweetness was kindly sent The Post.
