New Matron |Mrs. Kenneth WalkerCRETE — Mis® Ruth E,Strouf, daughter of Mrs. Sophia Strouf and the late Frank Strouf, became the bride of Kenneth Walker of Lincoln, son of Mr. and Mrs, Clarence Walker of Seward, on Nov. 1 at the First Congregational Church.The bridal gown was of white slipper satin with a molded bodice and sweetheart neckline. Her double fingertip illusion veil was edged with lace and fell from a bonnet of lace and seed pearls. She carried a cascade bouquetof white and pink carnations.Mrs. Joseph J. Ripa of Wilber was matron of honor andbridesmaids were Mrs. DonBusboom of Crete and Miss Jeanne Recker of Omaha.Best man was Roger Waiker and groomsmen were Clifford Walker and Deon Kreiner. Seating the guests were Don Busboom and Joseph J. Ripa.
