Hackbarth and Mr. Giese were married Oct. 10 at Zion Lutheran Church, Van Dyne, during a 7:30 p.m. ceremony. The Rev. W. W. Weissgerber officiated.Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hackbarth, Route 1, Van Dyne, and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Giese, 413 Van Dyne Road, Van Dyne.Miss Karen Hackbarth, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor and Paul Balog was best man.The bride was graduated from Laconia High School. Rosendale, in 1974. Mr. Giese was graduated from Horace Mann High School, North Fond du Lac, in 1974 and is employed by Consolidated Produce.
