the first Baptist enured of Arcata was the scene of the double - ring ceremony that united Miss Lois Jane Ingles of Arcata and Benjamin, Boyd * Beall, Jr., of Arcata on Novem ber 15. ‘the Rev. Hugh Hunt, * Joy officiated the bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Verl %, Ingles of Ar y cata, was given in marriage by her father. The bridegroom's parents are Me. and Acs. 8, B, Dean of Monterey. The bride's sister, Mrs. Rich ard Sayes, of Palo ‘Alto, was matron of honor and Miss Sarah Spidell of Arcata, a school friend, was bridesmaid. David Goetz of Monterey was best man. The ushers were David Flohr, Gary Munsey and James Winfrey, all of Arcata. Mrs. Mary Jon Caceron was soloist and Miss Janice Wil liams, organist. The bride wore a ballerina length white satin gown with complete overlay of face. It was made with long sleeves, terminating in a point at the hand. A tlatatype headband of matching lace and pearls held the bridal veil in place. This ensemble was all fash ioned by Mrs. D. B. Lanta of Morgan Hil and a tint of the bride. Her Bible marker was of stephanotis and a white or chid. Her attendants wore gold brocade street length dresses with beige net halo headbands and they carried bronze Fuji chrysanthemums in a cascade’ bouquet. They wore gold shoes. Their gowns also were made by Mrs. Lanté. A reception “followed in the Fireside room of the First Bap tist church’ of Arcata, “Mrs ‘Larry Johnson and Mrs. Pat [Ellis served the wedding cake, Miss Geneva Predticks of Oak land served punch and Miss] Patricia Olson presided at the guest book. Miss Pam Lantz as sisted at the gift Ceble. ‘The Beautiful wedding cake was made and decorated by the bride's grandmother, Mrs. B. A. Forbes of Palo, Alio. The couple will reside at the Town and Country ‘Traller Court in Arcata. The bride attended Hum boldt State college for a year following her graduation from Arcata Union high school. She is employed as a receptionist for Dr. OC, N. Gaylord of Eu reka. ‘Fhe groom, who is employed at Safeway Stores in sArcata, graduated From Monterey Pen insula high school and attend ed HSC for no years. Guosts from out of town in cluded Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Forbes of Palo Alto, Mrs. Fred Kent, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hayes, all of Palo Alto; Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Beall, and Chrissie Beall, David Goetz, William Longacres, all of Monterey; Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Lantz, Pan and Tim Lantz, all of Morgan Hill.
