Edmonds grad weds WSU manWedding bells rang for Doreen Nancy Reimer and Jeffrey William Solberg at a ceremony Sept. 13 at Edmonds United Methodist Church.Dr. William Franklin Sum-merour married the couple.The bride is the daughter of Ivan and Darlene Reimer of Edmonds.The groom is the son Lorraine Solberg of Warden, Wash, and Ralph Solberg of Everett.Given away by her parents, the bride wore a white satin gown with a cathedral train.Her matron of honor was Renee M. Looy of Phoenix, Ariz. and the bridesmaids were Sonya Solberg, sister of the groom, and Teresa Braun. The attendants wore lavendar floor length gowns with short puffy sleeves.The groom wore a dark grey cutaway tuxedo with vest, pinstripe pants, and striped ascots. The best man, Gary Jordan, and ushers Glen Laib and Jeffrey Reimer, brother of the bride, also wore grey tuxes.The reception was held at the Firdale Village Auditorium, and the couple honeymooned at Sunriver, Oregon and along the Oregon coast.The bride is a 1978 graduate of Edmonds High School and is currently employed at Lodec, Inc. in Lynnwood as an administrative assistant.The groom is a 1978 graduate of Warden High School, and a 1982 graduate of Washington State University. He is also employed at Lodec, but as a promotional coordinator.The couple will reside in Everett.Mr. and Mrs.Jeff Solberg DOREEN N.
