Ralph Cook on Nov. 18.TTie bride Is’the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Dewey H, Elam of 1024 Lake St. The bridegroom Is the son of Mr, and Mrs. Vernon C. Prewelt of 3M Dillwyh Drive. ; % 1Arrangements of yellow chrysanthemums, red, orange and brown leaves were placed among a lWxanched candelabrum and two seven-branched candelabra in the church. Ar. aisle cloth was used, and white bawa were placed on honor pews.A program of wedding music was presented by Mildred Rutledge, organist, and Terry McLamora, vocalist,THE UK IDE, given In marriage by her father, wore a white silk organza gown fashioned with scooped neckline, long sleevesand chapet-length train. Lace appliques enhanced the gown. Her shoulder-length veil was held by a Juliet cap of matching lace. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses tied with white satin streamers, .Miss Carol Richards served as maid oi honor. She wore a green satin dress with empire waist marked with dark green bows, Her shoulder-length veil with attached to bows, and she carried a cascade bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums and Fall leaves.BRIDESMAIDS WERE Becky Wiicrson, Karen Steadmanand Patty Uwla; Lakleta Bagwell was flower girl.Beat man was Randall King, Ushers were Ronny Higgins, Veto Cruaba and Danny Prewett, brother of the bridegroom,Douglas Prewett waa ringbcarer,*A reception, given by Ruth McNutt, was held at the church followbig the ceremony.After a wedding trip to Gatllnburg, the couple will be at home fit Ft. Campbell, Ky.The bride attended Dobyns-Bennetl High School where ahe was a member of the Madrigalians, Mixed Chorus and the Art Club.
