At Ellenburg Center, Nov. 6th, took plac the marriage of Clarence 8. Gillett, of Chateaugay, and Miss Ad ‘die R. Doody, of Ellenburg. The ceremony being performed by the Rev. W. R. Ryder. A delicious din ner was served at the home of Mr. [and Mrs. Roy Gillett at Thayers Cor ners. A reception was given at the home of the groom’s mother, Mrs. Alice M. Gillett, where they received, many pretty and useful gifts such as silver, money, etc. The young couple will reside at Merrill for the winter where Mr. Gillett holds a responsible position. Ias foreman for the building of the houses at Lyon Mountain. Their many friends and relatives wish j them a happy wedded life.
