- BEGAD NOTICE)To Whom It May Concern: NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustees of the Second Baptist Church, of Sandusky, Ohio, former-ly the First Regular Anti-Slavery Baptist Church, of Sandusky, Ohio, a religious society or association, have filed a petition In the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Ohio, being Case No. 22,864 on the docket of said Court, praying for authority to mortgage its Church real estate, being the south one-third (S, 1-3) of Dots 62 and 64 Washington St, Sandusky, Ohio, to The Peoples Loan Savings Co., of Sandusky,Ohio, to secure a loan of 14,600,00 to be made to it by said Company for the purpose of paying and satisfying all existing encumbrances against said property.
