Mr. and Mrs. Terry Gene Hamiltonhast Junior High of historian.Vows Pledged Coleridge CeremonyMr. and Mrs. Terry Gene Hamilton are living in Jonesboro where they are students at Arkansas State University following their marriage at Coleridge Baptist Church.The bride is the former Phyllis Kay Hughes, daughter of Mrs. Mildred Hughes of Dell and W.C. Hughes of Memphis. Mr. and Mrs. Elgene Hamilton of the Coleridge community are parents of the groom.The Rev. R.V. Gean, pastor, officiated at the ceremony at 7:30 in the evening.Music was presented by Emma Jo James.Sharon Hughes attended the bride as maid of honor and Debbie Cook and Brenda Eilenburger were bridesmaids.Elgene Hamilton was best man and groomsmen wereMark Hamilton and David Hamilton. Ushers were Delmar Cole, Daniel Perkins and Johnny Hinton.A reception followed at the church. Donna Hughes, Sherian Hughes, Mary Ann Rutledge and Lynn Perkins were reception assistants.James Monroe, the fifth U.S. president, died in 1831.
