THOS. A. COBB, JOHN V. YOUNG AND MISS KATE YOUNG WILLSARE PROBATED.The will of the late Thomas A. Cobb, of Marion township, bearing date of October 15, 1921, admitted to probate in th^circuit court last Friday, is witnessed by Thomas R. Snow and J. M. Worley. After directing payment of all debts and funeral expenses out of the first money available, the will devises $500 and residue property in Daytona Beach, Fla., to Sarah F. Cobb, wife of the testator. The remainder of the estate is to be converted into cash, under orders of the. court, and equally divided among the children of ,the testator, Ada A. Artman, Eva A.Lane, Thomas A. Cobb, Jr., Emma V. Staton, George M. Cobb and Julia L. ash. Clark L. Lindsay is ap-1 pointed executor of the will.
