The 4 p.m. double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. John McGinnity.Daughter of Mrs. Pattv DeBiase Seamon of Westover and the laU; William DeBiase. the bride is a 1971 raduate of St. Francis High School, he attended West Virginia CareerCollege.The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs, Thomas Marshall of Westover He is a graduate of Morgantown High School, and is at filiated with the Westover Fire Department He is employed with the Kroger Co.The bride wore a formal Empire gown of jersey knit, styled with lonj| fitted sleeves and chapel train. Theneckline and cuffs were trimmed wiuh marabou A detachable hood also was trimmed with marabou.Her jewelry was a silver cross, a gift of the bridegroom She carried a colonial bouquet of white carnations, pink and whit-e roses and babv's breath Miss Barbara Alexander of Westover was the maid of honor. Attendants were Miss Cindy Lorenzo. Miss Rhonda Gorby. Miss Denis* Berry, Mrs Debbie Cupelli. Mis.s Angela Volk and Miss Maria DeBiase, sister of the bride.The maid of honor wore a formal gown of light pink knit, styled with a halter bodice and short hooded jacke t which was accented with marabou She carried a single red rose,Mr Marshall served his son as bes t man Ushers were Bill DeBiase. Tom Marshall Jr. and Scott Marshal’ brothers of the couple, and Bob Luce I. and Joe Voithauer. Shawn Marshall, brother of the bridegroom, was the* ringbearer and David DeBiase and Mark DeBiase. brothers of the bride were altar boys.A reception was held in the Westover Veterans of Foreign Wars Post HomeThe couple will reside in Westover
