J AN N EY-THOM SON*Wednesday morning at ten o'clock! at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Miss Katie Thomson, daughter of Mrs* F. S. Thomson became the bride of Dr. Francis Janney, the Venerable B. S. McKinzie of San Antonio officiating. IThe church was beautifully decor* * ated in flesh colored chrysanthemums i combined artistically with ferns. jJust before the cercmony Mrs. R, C. j Chow played for a violin :-;olo, Solul d Amour, by Edgar accompanied at the piano by Mrs. T. D. Gambrell.j Mm. E. B. Coopwood played the cere* j •ymny using the Lohengrin ‘‘Bride C horUsn by Whgner for processional and the Mendelssohn Wedding Marchfor recessional. Schumann’s Traumerei was used to accompany while the service was read.The bridal party entered in this order: Mr, Win, G* French and A* S. Thomson, ushers, Miss Bess Malone, bridesmaid, the bride escorted by her brother F. M. Thomson who gave her in marriage.They were met at the altar by the groom and his attendant Mr. T. Benton Coopwood where the minister awaited to pronounce the marriage rites.The bride’s gown was a modish tailleur costume of duvetyn in caramel shade with hat and accessories to harmonise and she carried a white prayer book and a shower bouquet| of orchids and valley liliesMiss I^falone won* a beautiful (ie j ation of crepo back £atin in rirh brown with We Cpe and carried an arm ] bowjuH of rosebuds in shades oi pink ( Out of town guests at the wedding t were Mis* Laura Thomson, Mr. Benton Coopwood, Mr. Thomas?
