Richard Vingoe Wins Virginia BrideIn a setting of autumn leaves e and white chrysanthemums, light-| ed by cathedral candles, Miss Hel-^ en Wickliffe Robinson, daughter m of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Robinson “ of Lancaster, Virginia became the bride of Richard Cecil Vingoe, son t of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Henry Vingoe of this city, Saturday.' The wedding took place at Lancaster in Trinity Episcopal church,J the Rev. Frederick Griffith officiating.( Given in marriage by her uncle,. Dr., Marius Curtis Oldham, the tJ bride wore a gown of white silk Net over taffeta, embroidered with pebrjs, the wedding gown of her aunt, Mrs. Oldham. Orange blossoms and pearls held the illusion veil.The bride was attended by her ► sister, Miss Jean Leland Robin-• I son of Madison College. A reception followed at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Oldham. Mr. and Mrs. Vingoe will live in Arlington, Va., after a wedding trip thru New England.On the evening preceding the wedding, Dr. and Mrs. Chichester Pierce of ’“The Oaks”, Lancaster county, entertained in honor of the bride, Mrs. Pierces’ niece. The 1 house was decorated with chrysanthemums and fall flowers, and in the candle lit dining room the 1 party gathered around the table, where six generations of t h e J bride's family had been, served. j The guest of honor was presented with a bracelet which had been worn by her grandmother and her mother at their weddings.
