Aluminum Showerfor Miss Ballou fMiss Mildred Rallou, of Bayard street, whose engagement to John Krueger, of this city, was recently announced, was given a surprise aluminum shower at the Home of her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Ballou, of. Harvey street, Monday Miss Ballou was completely surprised. She received some very fine pieces of aluminum ware. The remainder of the evening was spent in playing cards, enjoying music and partaking of a bountiful collation.Among the guests w'ere Misses Anna, Emma and Merle Davis, Kose Eagan, Mrs. N. Ballou, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ballou, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Ballou, Mrs. Catherine Ballou, Miss Mildred Ballou. John Krueger and others.
