Brady and Miss Rosella Myers, both of this city, were united in marriage at Assumption church this morning, at 7:30, Very Rev. 3.3. Smith officiating. Miss Agne9 Higgins was bridesmaid and Mr. Win. Fisher was best man. Immediately after the performance of the ceremony, an elegant repast was served at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Myers of this place. Only a few relatives and friends were in attendance. Mr. ancl Mrs. Brady will leave today for Chicago and other Illinois points to spend a few days with relatives. On their return they will commence housekeeping in one of the J. C. Bennett residences in the Third ward where they will be “at home to their many friends.The bride is one of the best known young ladies in Emmetsburg, She is exceptionally deserving and is in every way worthy of the high regard in which she is held by all who know her. She attended school at St. Mary Academy and she has availed herself of many opportunities that strengthens, dignifies, and ennobles womanhood. Mr. Brady has lived in this vicinity since boyhood, his parents having been old. residents of Great Oak township. He is genial, jovial, exemplary and deservedly popular. He is at present employed in the Hub clothing store. His acquaintances are his friends. He will win his way to success in life because he is frugal, energetic and prudent,’ and will maintain the confidence that his business and social companions have in him. The Democrat extends hearty congratulations.
