The couple farmed In Emmet and Kossuth Counties before moving to a farm near Spirit lake four years ago. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Gruver.Survivors include: her husband, Herbert; two sons, Herbert, jr. of Spirit Lake and Roger of Spirit Lake; one daughter, .Mrs. Ernest (Mary) Wheeler of Swea City; three brothers; two sisters; four grandchildren.
