nounce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Joaii Celeste, to Ernest W. Salmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Salmons, all of Panama City. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of W. C. Cooper Sr., also of Panama City. The wedding will take place Nov. 28 at 7 p.m. in the St. Andrews Baptist Church. The reception will follow in the church social hall. No local invitations will be sent but all friends and relatives are Invited to attend. .
