Langston of Atlanta, Ga., announcef the engagement' of their daughter, Karen Jean, to Walter Kichard Boyce.Miss Langston attended the University of Minnesota and Illinois State Normal university and is now on the editorial staffof The CITIZEN Newspapers.She is living with an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Horace A. Langston, 5100* Pair Elms ave., •Western Springs.Mr. Boyce received his bachelor of aits degree in math education at Blackburn .college and did graduate work at Washington university in St. Louis, Mo.I He is teaching** at St Charles high school. Mr. Boyce is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome r Boyce of Lockport.A Dec. 28 wedding is planned.
