Marriage vows were exchanged in a candlelight, double ring ceremony Friday,Oct. 17 at the Lansing Methodist Church In langsing, III., by Penny D. Smith andMichael J. Slattery, Jr. MissSmith was given in marriage by her father Harry D. Smith, formerly of Brazil. Pam Smith served her sister as Jr. bridesmaid with Rhonda Tucker, cousin of the bride as flower girl. Ansil Harpold, uncle of the bride, sang the musical selections. Miss smith is the daughter of the former Eva Harpold and grand daughter of Alberta Harpold of Brazil and Mr. and Mrs. Harry F. Smith of Midlothian, III. After a short honeymoon the couple will make their home in Markham, III.
