At the Congregational church in Pinedale Esther Car michael and Paul Haarala were united in mariage in an im pressive ceremony performed Sunday, November 1, by Rev John Northrop. Preceding the entrance of the bridal party Mrs Carrot Brown sang “How Do I Love Thee.” Mrs Brown was accom panied by Mrs Jack Kerback Christel Carmichael, sister of the bride and maid of honor, led the bride and her father, Wilber Carmichael to the altar where they joined the groom, amended by his brother Matt Haaral. The bride wore a white lace floor-length long sleeved wed ding gown and a white waist length net vet She carried a bouquet of white carnations and yellow orchids. Her sister wore a ballet length yellow taffeta gown and a shoulder-length white net veil She earned yellow carna tions and glads Following the exchange of the vows was a reception in the Community hall The refresh ment table was decorated with yellow and brown baby mums and presided over by Karen and Sharon Murdock. The wedding cake was decorated with yellow roses and white bells Alberta Korfanta had charge of the guest book and Jamice Kanski and Anne Olsie took care of the gis The couple are bound for a three-week honeymoon trip to Detroit and other ches of Michigan where they will vis it Pauls mother and other rel atives Ushers at the weding cere mony were David Carmichael brother of the bride and Mar vin Walfe In addition to family and lo cal friends out-of-town guests included Mr and Mrs A W Brown Esther's uncle and aunt from Sterling Colorado, Mr and Mrs Kenneth Vandra and sons Bill and Jim and Leda Brown of Torrington, Max and Mrs Art Buckingham Mrs and Mrs Bob Glenn Mr and Mrs Darro Fluckiger all of Kem merer, Mr and Mrs Jim Bassi of Afton, Mr and Mrs John Kartchner of Twin Falls Idaho Mr and Mrs Tim Cannon of Thayne and Mr and Mrs Milton Sells of Bedford The Haarala's wall make their home in the Forest Ser vice residence in Pinedale up on their return Haarala is ranger in charge of the Pine dale district with his head quarters in Pinedale
