On Sunday, October 25th at 1r the 10.C.F. Hall, a miscellane ous shower was held in honour |* of Miss Edelean Hoffman, bride elect of Mr. William Cole. All corsage of pink carnations was |1 |pinner on Edelean and she was | then escorted to her place of|| honour by Mrs. Marlene Schnei der. Mrs. Peggy Smolenski played a musical number, while Edelean was being seated. Mrs. Ed Hoffman, Mrs. Peter Ole, and Mrs. Nettie Romaniuk (grandmother of the groom) were also presented with lovely coursages. Miss Cindy Porhownik with the help of Miss Jerry* Caligure and Mrs.Marlene. Schneider presented the many gifts to the honoured guest, Mrs. Carolyn Pothownik an nounced the gifts and Mrs. Vi ola Schneider was the emcee for the occasion. After the opening of the gifts me most sincerely. Mrs. Viola Schneider led the singing of “The Best To You . A skit per formed by Mrs. Herda Potzer was enjoyed by everyone. Mrs. Mary Fiebelkorn proposed a toast to the bride and wished her the very best in the future .A delicious lunch was served 10 seventy-five ladies. Committee-in-charge were — Mrs. Viola Schneider, Mrs. Carolyn Pothownik, Mrs. Olga r Kurbis, Mrs. Helen and Jerry Caligure, Miss Peggy Smolenski and Miss Audrey Zieroth.
