Autumn WeddingFor ’Hat Couplelt; * 4A late autumn wedding was solemnized Friday, October 31st. aft 2:30 p.m. at the American Lutheran Church, when Alice Louise Kallenberger, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kallenberger of Eagle Butte, exchanged vows with George William Webb, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Webb of Medicine Hat. The lovely double ring wedding ceremony was performed by Rev, S. Manz, in a setting of yellow mums and fall ferns. White s^tin bows marked the guest pews.Entering the church on the arm of her father, the bride wore a lovely white satin dress'Tcaturing a sweetheart neckline and long sleevos, tap-erin gto a point over the, hand. Her long white embroidered net veil was fastened to her head with a pearl headpiece, and she carried a cascade bouquet of white carnations.Mrs. Frank Jordan who attended the bride as matron of honor wore a lloor-length gown of pastel pink, with embroidered bolero and matching hat and long white net mittens. Her bouquet was a cascade of pink carnations and streamers. Mr. Frank Jordan acted as best man arid the ushers were Mr. Melvin Dixon and Jack Beaton.Mrs. S. Manz* played the bridal music, and during the signing of the register Miss ,^iytanlt; Miller sang 4‘1 Love You Truly?1 Miss Miller chose for the occasion a floor length gown of blue taffeta with a net boufiant* fcskirt, and pink carnations en corsage.Following the ceremony a reception was lield at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for 50 guests. Receiving with the wedding paiiy were the parents of the bride and groom. Mrs. Kallenberger chose for her daughter’s, wedding an Alice blue crepe dress with navy accessories and pink rose corsage. Mrs. Webb was smart in a gown of black crepe, with black hat and with accents of pink, long gloves, and pink roses en corsage.Spray mums in autumn shades were arranged throughout the rooms. The bride’s table, appointed with pink and bronze single spray mums, was centered with a three tiered wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom. Reception assistants were Mesdames Melvin Dixon, William Starling, Booth and Misses Clara Ded-erer and Pat Davis. Mr. Manz proposed the toast to the bride, to which the groom responded.For her honeymoon trip to Calgary the bride wore a tailored pale green wool jersey dress, black coat cut on filed lines with persian lamb trim andblack accessories. Her corsage was pink roses and white baby mums. The groom’s gift to the bride was a wrist watch.Out of town guests at’the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. R. J.
