Crone-Kaupke WedDr. Franklyn Edwards joined in marriage Miss Darlene Crone and Charles Kaupke at 2 p.m. on April 8th in First United Methodist Chureh, in a double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Crone of Route 1. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kaupke of Braman, Okla.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white .satin gown trimmed with rows of daisy Vemse lace, which adorned the high neckline, cuffs of the full bishop sleeves, down the front of the filled gown and around the hemline. Her train length illusion veil was also edged with the daisy lace and she carried a bouquet of white roses, blue daisies and gyp-sophila, trimmed with white picot edged ribbon.Mrs. Jan Crone attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Virginia Jacobs, bride’s sister, and Mrs. Hazel Levigeston, sister of the bridegroom. Long blue skirts with white blouses and large, white picture hats were worn by the attendants who carried bouquets of white daisies.Mike Overby served as best man #ith Joe McCray, Jerry Bradley and Gail Kineaid the groomsmen. Miss Tammy Crone was the flower girl.For her dauther's wedding,Mrs. Crone wore a powder blue dress. Mrs. Kaupke chose a beige dress. White accessories and white daisy corsages were worn by both mothers.Miss Sue Ellen Berry registered the guests at a reception held in the Clown Room of the Highland Manor. Misses Jana Whitnab and Arie Chivers assisted at the event.For traveling to Dallas, Tex., the bride wore a pink suit. Following their honeymoon, the couple are residing in Drummond, Okla.A rehearsal dinner was held at the Highland Manor.
