f MAIL, HAGERSTOWN, MEHORSE SHOW PLANS READYMany Entries Being Received By Hunt Club For Decoration Day.IWith scores of entries from nearby counties in. Maryland. Virginia and Pennsylvania received, the Hagerstown Horse Show, the first to be staged by the Antietam Hunt Club,' promises to be one of the most in* teresting sporting events of the season. The show-•will be held at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds. Thursday afternoon/beginning at 1:30 o’clock.Officials of the hunt club have been advised that many owners whose horses were exhibited at the Cumberland show last week will ship to Hagerstown to take part in the local exhibition. Hunters, saddle horses and light harness horses will be shown.Feature Jumping Race An interesting program of racing with a steeple chase for gentlemen riders as the outstanding event has been arranged. i3ome of the best cross country horses in this section J have been entered for the chase. A short program of harness races has also been arranged and because of the fact that harness horse owners are just beginning their season it is expected that many owners will enter their charges.Woman riders will take a prominent part in the show and a number of events in which they will participate exclusively have been arranged.
