Crete Couple Say Vows j In Trinity Lutheran Rites «NOOK'l’he wedding of a Crete couple, Miss Leila Ann Wass-inan, daughter of the Willard L. Wassmanns of Burville road, and Dennis P. Voigts, son of the Paul Voigts, 009 Second street, took place May 15 before a white floral-decked altar at Trinity Lutheran church, Crete.Officiant of the 1 o’clock double ring ceremony was the pastor, the Rpv A T Kretzrnann.Wassmann presented his daughter in marriage.Silk organza and venise lace were combined in the gown worn by the bride. It was fashioned with a mandarin neckline and long full sleeves ending in wide fitted cuffs of venise lace. Matching lace at the neckline and empire bodice extended down the front of the full A-line skirt.VKNISK LACK and seed pearls formed the bow headpiece which secured Miss Wass-mann’s fingertip illusion veil. White roses, statice and gyp-sophila were arranged in her puff type bouquet.Lime green linen frocks also styled with high necklines and long full sleeves were worn by the attendants and the flower girl. Their long gowns featuredwhite embroidered vest effect*bodices. Daisy pompons and gypsophila accented by green satin ribbons appeared in their puff bouquets. All wore lime green bow headpieces.Miss Louann Piepenbrink was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bridegroom’s sister, Miss Judy Voigts, and the bride’s sister, Miss Janet Wassmann. A niece of the bride, Glenda Boicken, flower girl, carried white daisv pompons in the same basket the bride carried when she was the flower girl at the wedding of Glenda’s mother.MK. VOIGTS was attended by Wilbert Berg as best man and the ride’s brothers, Terry and Steven Wassmann, and Paul Brown.A maize linen coat and dressensemble and white daisv cor-*sage was Mrs. Wassman’s%swedding. The bridegroom's mother wore a mint green knit coat and dress costume, and a corsage of white Alba lilies.After greeting guests at a reception following the ceremony at the Bed Lion restaurant,Steger, Mr. and Mrs. Voigtstraveled to Washington, D_., and Virginia for a two-week 1stay.
