Newlyweds In IowaAfter Colorado TripAfter a wedding trip in Colorado, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Arthur Nuss are back in Des Moines, Iowa, where Mr. Nuss, a student at Drake University, mil receive his bachelor of music education degree in June.The bride, nee Nancy Kay Schoney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schoney of Lena, and Harlan Nuss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Peterson of Lena, were married on April 10 in the Lena Church of the Brethren.The double-ring, candlelight service was performed before an altar of white snapdragons and pink and white pompons. Seven-branched candelabra entwined with ivy were on eitherside of the altar, and candles decorated the windows.Perform Ceremonybridegroom as best man, and thegroomsmen were David Tom Lee and Ardell Hake. The three ushers were Thomas Boots of Leavenworth, Kan., and Richard and Gary Schoney, brothers of the bride.The wedding reception was held in the American Legion Hall. Those assisting were Misses Mary Brandeberry, Marilyn Daws, Gloria Hall, Carol Hlavacek, Evelyn Hood, Jean Ostlund, Barbara Palmer and Mrs. William Artman, Donald Charlwood and Donald Julius.Has B.S. A cluster of small fabric roses formed the headpiece of each attendant.The flower girls were Lynne and Laurie Reiling. Their frocks of white taffeta had sashes of aqua and were accented with fabric roses.
